Blackbutt Close Extension

This small bungalow is situated in a beautiful forest setting of Yallingup siding. The house was too small for the growing family and the living space did not connect to a usable living space. We added two bedrooms for the boys, and a large deck and Alfresco with stunning tree top views. A new staircase allows safe access to the garden, and a ping pong table could now be housed in a play space provided by the enlarged undercroft. Matt and Shay have great style and have completed their kitchen and living space to in an elegant and eclectic manner. By removing dividing walls, the existing raked ceiling directs your eye along the ample living room to the view of the forest.
