Marybrook House

This double story prefabricated panel house on Caves Road is constructed with R9 insulated panels. Pro 9 Global panels are thermally efficient pre-fabricated structural wall panels with a polyurethane core and magnesium sulphate cement board outer skin. The house has an internal heated concrete wall which is another source of heat for cold winters.

The renovation and extension to the adjacent cottage circa 1948 is the next phase.
